We would like to congratulate Deputy Sydney Rushman from the Deuel County Sheriff's Office on graduating from the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center on Friday, August 16, 2024. Deputy Rushman and her basic class completed 16 weeks of rigorous training. We are looking forward to working with you as our SRO.

Congratulations to the Buckley Bombers 16 & Under Baseball Team! The 16 & Under team won the Regional competition and punched a ticket to the Babe Ruth World Series! In addition, the team also won the Norm and Colleen Travis Sportsmanship Award. This is the 10th one they have received! Local members of the team include Zander Polk, Junior, Creek Valley, Lane Brennaman, Junior, Creek Valley, & Kole Fornander, Junior, Garden County. The team will be playing in Branson, Missouri, . Best of luck to the Midwest Plains Buckley Bombers as they embark on a once in a life-time experience!
