To Creek Valley Elementary Families:
The elementary school building does not open until 7:30 am. We do not have the staff support in place for proper supervision before then. Breakfast begins serving at 7:30 a.m. Students who arrive prior to 7:30 a.m. will not be allowed into the building. The school is not responsible for any potential incidents or issues prior to school opening.

The golf triangular scheduled for today, 03/28, in Chappell has been postponed. Future date is TBA.
The Sutherland track meet scheduled for April 1st will be finals-only. Field events will start at 11:00 MST. Running events will be after the field events at ~ 1:30 MST pm. Field events will be the best of 4 attempts. The forecast for Saturday looks great after it warms up.
A mandatory Track Parental meeting is on Thursday, March 30th, in the High school Library at 6:00 pm. If you are unable to make this meeting make sure to contact Mr. Garcia at alejandro.garcia@cvsstorm.com
Rescheduled
Due to predicted winter weather and poor travel conditions, Creek Valley Schools will be closed on Monday, March 27, 2023. This includes the preschool and childcare.
Due to inclement weather and predicted weather forecast for Monday, March 27th, the MAC Music contest has been postponed, date is yet to be determined. All 7-12 students will be expected to report to school on Monday, March 27th.

Due to the forecasted weather this Saturday, Sidney Public Schools have moved their track meet from Saturday, March 25th, to Friday, March 24th. Field events will begin at 12:30 pm, and track events will begin at 1:30 pm.
Creek Valley Schools, educating the communities of Sunol, Lodgepole, and Chappell, Nebraska, has an immediate opening for the position of Board of Education Member. Due to the resignation of Kevin Jacobs, a vacancy has been created. The appointed member will serve out the remaining term, which ends January 2025. Interested individuals must be a registered voter that lives within the district. Applications for the vacancy may be picked up at the elementary school, 6th & Hayward Ave, Chappell, NE 69129. Creek Valley took two teams to MAC Quiz Bowl today and represented us well. High school got Runner-Up and we had two All Conference Team Honors: Ella Ningen and Michael Lutz. The Junior High team were overall winners and were undefeated in their games.
