Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board
of Education, Creek Valley Schools, held at 7:00 a.m. on
Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the Creek Valley Elementary
School, Chappell, Nebraska.

An agenda for such meeting,
continuously current, is available for public inspection
during normal business hours at the office of the
Superintendent of Schools, however, such Agenda may be
modified at said meeting.

Don't forget Today and Friday!!! Creek Valley’s school/sports physicals will be in the mornings of Monday, July 7th and Friday, July 11th at 8:30 am free of charge at the VMC of Chappell at 758 2nd Street, Chappell.

FREE sports physicals for Creek Valley students happen July 7 and July 11 at 8:30 AM at the Chappell Clinic. These are the only days/times that FREE sports physicals will be available.
All 7-12 students and 6th grade girls wishing to participate in a sport MUST have a current sports physical on file.
Download and fill out the Sports Physical Form and the Parent Authorization form from the top of our school district web page at cvsstorm.com before your visit.
Huge thanks go to our partners at Sedgwick County Health Center and the Chappell Clinic for this wonderful service to the community. Go Storm!
