The Ag Mechanics Class has been studying small engines. The best part is that all the engines started after the students tore them apart and built them back up!

Due to expected moisture and cold temperatures on Monday, May 18th, we will be moving the Elementary’s Field Day to Wednesday, May 20th. This will ensure the students have safe surfaces to exercise on and better weather to enjoy. Times are still being finalized and I will share those with you all as soon as they are available. Lunch will still be served at the Pool Park that day. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you there!

The senior class teamed up with second grade to create some wonderful little short stories. The pairs worked through the planning process, organizing their thoughts, drawing pictures, and simply talking with one another (this was the sweetest thing to witness as a teacher). The collaboration between the seniors and second graders was amazing, and they produced some truly wonderful writing pieces.
