Keeping music alive in Creek Valley Schools is the common goal for these students for the 2021-22 school year. Because the school was not able to secure a music teacher this year, Ella Ningen, CJ Cabela, and Donovan Andrews decided to become part of the solution. The students are assisting Lyndsay Baker in the high school music department, sharing their expertise, talents, and passion for music.
On Saturday, August 28, 2021, they hosted a Creek Valley Music Night in the Gathering Space in Chappell, Nebraska. A variety of songs was shared by each student individually along with a final song performed as a group.
The future looks bright for these students as they all shared their future plans to further explore and expand their knowledge beyond high school.
